Our Refund Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your purchase it must be reported to us within 1 working day of delivery, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item minus the original carriage charge.

Items in our clearance section are not covered by the above guarantee as they are subject to separate terms. Please see item information for our clearance policies.

Refund Policy

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged in transit, faulty or we have sent you the items you did not order, provided you always have returned the items to us within 7 days, failing which you shall be deemed to be satisfied with the product.

Returns must be booked by the customer therefore a carriage fee will apply. This is to be paid by the customer. Returns when booked in should passed on to and confirmed by a member of our sales team
